Largesse menu

Mahr's Merguez
A spicy sausage native to Thavnair, made with local chiles and coriander. Finely minced sheep meat is the main ingredient. Dried and cured, it's a perfect buffet snack that keeps well during long journeys, yet is hearty enough to be the meat of a meal when served alongside this lemon couscous.
Stahr's Steak Tartare
An adventuresome delight straight from the White Wings' own home menu, this is a popular dish aboard the Kestrel. Finely chopped raw buffalo, seasoned with Summerford sauce and mustard, shaped into a bowl and served with a raw egg on top. On wholegrain toast.
Ohleh's Oolong-Smoked Dodo
A delicacy from Namai, consisting of a whole dodo marinaded in ginger, sesame oil, salt, and local wine, rubbed with salt, then smoked over and wrapped in tea leaves. The meat takes some time to prepare properly, and while the cooking period is short, this meal will have spent the better part of a sun being salted, dried, flattened and smoked before it gets to you!
Hess' Honey-Glazed Wings
In just one season of Blitzball Dione made duck wings famous, but this recipe, made with sweet Shroud honey and Gridanian white duck, has never been seen before outside the Regalia! Of course, this being a Dione recipe, she's blended ginger, soy and chili into the sauce. These wings are baked to crispiness and melt off the bone.
Ahim's Aldgoat Shabu-Shabu
A Kuganese crowd-pleaser, with thinly-sliced aldgoat meat cooked in boiling water. Served with steamed rice, the dish is uncomplicated, allowing the full flavour of the meat to come forth; this is not a dish meant to impress with sauces and seasonings, but one that shows off the exquisite calibre of Dione's hunting.
Neeh's Nuts-About-Nutmeg Creme Brulee
While the above five dishes were named after Dione's hatchlings, sadly none of them were actually made by them. This take on the Ishgardian classic, on the other hand, is the star dish of the Meat 'n' Greet and the creation of its upcoming chef, Ais Neeh! Vanilla, nutmeg and just a sprinkle of cinnamon form the complex layers in this sweet delight.
